The renovated New Branches space is welcoming, spacious and flexible. Our plan is to share it with community groups and individuals. Whether for one-time events like weddings, conferences or performances, or ongoing uses such as support groups, meetings or classes, you’re invited to explore opportunities to rent or use the New Branches accessible building space.
Here's some of what you’ll find:
  • Large sanctuary space with flexible seating for 200 or more.
  • Smaller sanctuary with flexible seating for 100.
  • Large main-floor, light-filled reception area, with kitchenette/cafe, and adjacent courtyard.
  • Private main-floor meeting room with separate exterior entrance and restroom.
  • Large lower-level hall, with stage, with flexible seating/dining for 250 or more.
  • Commercial-grade kitchen.
  • Half-court gym.
  • Parking lot and on-street parking.
  • Guest wi-fi and A/V resources available.

Please contact the Building Manager, Dennis Wallisch for more information at [email protected] or call 612-405-1153.  If you want to check availability of spaces prior to a conversation, please look at our New Branches Facilities Calendar.  Want to get the ball rolling right away?  Fill out the Building Use Form and we will reach out to you if we have any questions.  Requests must be approved before being placed on the calendar.  Some requests may be denied for other known events not on the calendar.  ​

LARGE SANCTUARY
Capacity: 250 people

Rental Fee: $100 for up to 4 hours

Mainly used as a worship space or concert venue, however, a wonderful space for a speaker or large forum.
SMALL SANCTUARY
Capacity: 100 people
Rental Fee: $75 for up to 4 hours

A smaller room used as a worship space and meditation by some community groups.
NEW BRANCHES HALL
Capacity: 300 people
Rental Fee: $100 for up to 4 hours

New Branches Hall usually serves as a reception area for funerals, weddings, worship, or any large gatherings and celebrations.
​

THE COMMONS
Capacity: 100 people
Rental Fee: $75 for up to 4 hours

​
This beautiful space serves as a gathering area for larger groups and events, but can be set up more intimately. The use of The Common Grounds Cafe is included in this fee if needed.  This is the kitchenette/counter space pictured below.

KITCHEN
Rental Fee: $100 for up to 4 hours

Our large kitchen is next to New Branches Hall and the Meeting Room. This is a service kitchen with commercial appliances. Really everything you would ever need for an event of any size.

FAMILY ROOM
Capacity: 50 people
Rental Fee: $50 for up to 4 hours

Our family room is a very cozy space. Sit and have a casual discussion on the couches or get down to business around the tables.

MEETING ROOM
Capacity: 20 people
Rental Fee: $25 for up to 4 hours

Our meeting room is set up as a small conference room or larger group space.

LIBRARY
Capacity: 12 people
Rental Fee: $25 for up to 4 hours

Our library is set up with a conference table, and a display to use for presentations.  There is also a large whiteboard for more hands on work.

Capacity: 50 people
Rental Fee: $75 for up to 4 hours

Our gym is a half court gym with plenty of space for lots of fun or to be used for a smaller gathering if needed.

COURTYARD
Capacity: 75 people
Rental Fee: $50 for up to 4 hours

In the spring, our courtyard is a beautiful space for an outdoor reception following an event, or a meditative space for your event.
